Appointment Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a $50 fee. This covers the time and resources we reserve especially for you.
No-Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without prior notice (“no-show”), you will be charged 50% of the total service cost. This helps us maintain fairness and availability in our schedule.
Rescheduling
We are happy to help you reschedule your appointment. To avoid cancellation fees, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of a legitimate emergency, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will assess each situation individually and with care.
